July 27 - Circumnavigating Muritz National Park

Monday - Krakow Am See to Waren
It was a fairly quiet night except for the guy snoring really loudly in one of the other tents!
A pretty typical log deck in this part of the country.

Rain gear came out only an hour into our day. (Sort of pining for rain as we are writing this at the end of 100F day in Poland)

Just checking to make sure we are on the right road.
And then there was this really fancy resort in Linstrow with coffee and hot chocolate.
A group of young girls were running around the restaurant asking the men for nose prints as part of a treasure hunt, thus the green paint on his nose.
This park is a very popular place to bike!

On the outskirts of Waren we looked at the very black clouds accumulating and decided to call it a day.

We had never seen cars stacked in a garage like this one.
Our home for the night.
We saw these signs all over town. This one is on the bike shop across the street from our hotel.

St. Marien Church was a block away. For 1 Euro we could climb to the top of the tower.
There was a window in each cardinal direction which gave us a great view of the city.

Trying out the panorama function on the camera.

These bells started ringing while we were at the top. We could feel them as well as hear them.

More bike art.
