Selkirk Loop 2019 - Day 5

Friday - July 5
Bayview to Sandpoint
These little guys had holes everywhere.
We definitely prefer seeing this sign in the first few miles than an uphill stretch!
Our official breakfast #2 stop in the town of Bayview.
More snacking.....it takes a lot of calories to do this!
Valley View Ranch
Lunch at The View restaurant in Lake Cocolalla.

It was really nice to have this path after being on Highway 95 for 12 miles.

And now we are on the old auto bridge over Lake Pend Oreille. It is now a walking and biking super highway.
What a spacious luxury!

Our happy biker photographer. She has also done a bit of touring and knows how tough it is to get a good group picture while you are on the road.

All about the geology of the area as it was formed by glaciers and lots of water.
We skipped this picture on our way out of town on Monday but couldn't resist this time as we are almost done.
Now we just have to figure out how to get down!
Hurray! Another "Daughters Tour" completed though we did miss Megan whose ACL surgery in May kept her from joining us this year.
