Canada 2019 - Day 5 - Chatham-Kent to Belle River

July 21 - Sunday
Chatham-Kent to Belle River
It was "only" 70℉ at 7 am today instead of 80℉ like it was yesterday.
We had slight downpour during breakfast so we didn't hurry.
Tecumseh Road had numerous signs describing events during the War of 1812.
One really BIG greenhouse.
This is definitely farming country.
We aren't sure why the tombstones are lined up this way.

The Waterfront Trail sign. We plan to mostly follow this route until we get to the Toronto area.
Barn quilts are always a nice touch.
St. Peter's Catholic Church is not really close to any town.

Uh oh........another bridge out!

We arrived in Belle River a little early for checking in so wandered out to the lake.
Just a bit breezy!
Belle River is known as the jet ski capital of Canada and we saw a lot of them but didn't try to photograph them as there were more interesting things to capture in pictures.

We went back out there after dinner too as it was such a warm evening. We watched the fellow stack these rocks, quite a talent.
