Canada 2019 - Day 4 - Just say HOT!

July 20 - Saturday
Chatham-Kent Heat Day
It was indeed 80℉ AGAIN at 7am. Last night's motel did not have any vacancies for tonight. We stayed until the check out time working on pictures from our road trip for the blog. We found this little rail trail that got us across the Thames River.
It was a shady way to get to downtown and lunch.

We see a lot of motorcycles but they are usually moving too fast for a picture.
Feels like 105℉ is right! It set temperature records in parts of Ontario today. We got to check in early at our new motel and worked on the blog some more until dinner time.
Fortunately we walked back from dinner about 20 minutes before this arrived. The temperature dropped about 10 degrees as a result of the thunderstorm.
We are sure glad we aren't camping tonight!!
