| Saturday - October 7 - Grand Haven weather day 7:15, 68F, 17 mph winds from the south and its raining. |

| We worked on pictures for the blog then went for a walk at 11:00. It was 70F, 14 mph south winds with gusts to 28 mph......we got blown around just walking! |

| So did the patio furniture at the motel. At 1:30 the winds were 22 mph with gusts of 41 mph! We were REALLY, REALLY glad we weren't on the bikes!! |

| We walked the mile to St. Patrick-St. Anthony for the 5:00 Mass without getting wet. |
 |
| Fortunately, we decided to eat at a restaurant across the street from the motel instead of one closer to the church as it started pouring again while we ate. |
 |
| The motel was a busy place this evening with a family reunion in the breakfast room and a birthday party for a 10 year old boy in the swimming pool area. There were kids everywhere and some of them were in costumes! |
