| August 21 - Wednesday New Boston, Michigan to Springfield, Illinois Had a wonderful dinner last night with a bunch of the Robin clan. Now it is time to head home but we have a LOT of miles ahead of us. We wandered along the country roads across Michigan. |

| That took us through another Sturgis, only this one is more about bikes than motorcycles. Still 2 wheels! |

| This seemed like the right place for lunch since we touched all of the Great Lakes on this trip. |

| We stopped at Indiana Dunes National Park so we could spend a little time in Indiana. |

| Never really thought about the lakes having this much sand to pile up and be on the move. |

| The sky was pretty murky so it was hard to tell which was water and which was sky. Even with our stop we were only in Indiana for 1 1/2 hours. Then it was into the greater Chicago area, which took a bit of navigating and didn't lend itself to pictures. |
